1 General Business Overview

Ravi Traders is a registered Micro Enterprise (GSTIN: 27CXIPD9904R1ZP) engaged in the bulk supply of highway and infrastructure construction materials including GSB, WMM, Blue Metal Aggregates, M-Sand, and Bitumen, compliant with MoRTH, IRC, and IS standards.

2 Payment Processing via Cashfree Payments

Online payments, credit/debit card transactions, UPI, Net Banking, and International Payments on our website are securely processed by Cashfree Payments India Private Limited ("Cashfree").

Ravi Traders does not store or process your credit/debit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials directly on our servers. All transaction details are encrypted and handled per PCI-DSS standards by Cashfree.

By initiating a payment, you authorize Cashfree to charge the specified amount to your designated payment instrument.

3 International Payments & Foreign Exchange (RBI Compliance)

• Accepted Currencies: All international online orders and quotations are processed in USD ($) or INR (₹) as indicated on the Proforma Invoice or Checkout Page.
• FEMA & RBI Regulations: International transactions must strictly adhere to the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
• Cross-Border Conversion & Fees: International card issuers or sending banks may levy foreign currency conversion fees or cross-border processing charges. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Exchange Rate Fluctuations: Prices quoted in foreign currency are subject to adjustment if the foreign exchange rate fluctuates by more than 2% prior to payment confirmation.

4 Order Confirmation, Loading & Dispatch

Orders placed via online payment gateway or wire transfer are processed only upon 100% receipt of cleared funds in our bank account via Cashfree or direct bank transfer.

All material dispatch quantities are verified using our 100% Calibrated Electronic Weighbridge at the quarry/plant. Official weighbridge slips serve as conclusive proof of dispatched weight.

5 Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

• Non-Cancellable Orders: Due to the nature of bulk construction materials (aggregates, GSB, WMM), orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once material loading, crushing, or vehicle dispatch has commenced.
• Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: If an order is cancelled prior to vehicle loading/dispatch, a full or partial refund may be issued after deducting payment gateway processing charges incurred via Cashfree.
• Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Bank Account, or International Account) via Cashfree within 5 to 7 business days.

6 Chargebacks & Payment Dispute Resolution

• Chargeback Prevention: Buyers agree to contact Ravi Traders directly at ravidabhekar503@gmail.com to resolve any billing, quality, or delivery issues before raising a chargeback with their bank or card issuer.
• Proof of Delivery: In the event of a chargeback or dispute, Ravi Traders will submit electronic weighbridge receipts, lab quality test reports, vehicle tracking logs, and signed delivery proof to Cashfree and acquiring banks to validate the fulfillment.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate suspension of services and legal recovery actions under Indian jurisdiction.

7 Custom Duties, Import Taxes & Shipping Terms

Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing under CIF/FOB export terms, all destination country import tariffs, customs duties, port handling charges, and localized taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

8 Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Ravi Traders and Cashfree Payments shall not be held liable for dispatch delays, transport strikes, quarry closures, natural disasters, or government restrictions beyond reasonable control.

Ravi Traders is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from site delays or third-party logistics disruptions.

9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions on this website or processed through Cashfree Payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gadchiroli / Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
