Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1 Order Cancellation Policy (आर्डर रद्दीकरण)

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellation:
  You may request an order cancellation before material loading, custom crushing, or truck dispatch has started. Upon approved cancellation, a refund will be issued after deducting applicable payment processing charges (Cashfree gateway transaction fees).
• Post-Dispatch Cancellation:
  Once material loading is completed or the transport vehicle/tipper fleet has departed from our quarry/plant, orders cannot be cancelled or recalled.

2 Return Policy (वापसी की नीति)

Due to the bulk nature and heavy weight of aggregates, crushed stone, sand, and bitumen, we do not accept physical returns once the material has been delivered and unloaded at the buyer's site, except under the following conditions:

• Material Quality Discrepancy: If the delivered material does not match the agreed specification (e.g., incorrect aggregate size or MoRTH grade), the buyer must notify us before unloading the material on site.
• Weighbridge Discrepancy: All materials are weighed on our calibrated electronic weighbridge. If there is a dispute regarding net dispatch weight, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting certified weighbridge slips from a government-recognized weighbridge near the delivery location.

3 Refund Policy & Process (रिफंड प्रक्रिया)

• Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are issued only in cases of:
  • Successful order cancellation before dispatch.
  • Verified double deduction or duplicate payment during online checkout via Cashfree.
  • Non-fulfillment or inability to supply material from Ravi Traders' end due to operational or technical reasons.
• Refund Method: All approved refunds will be credited directly back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or International Bank Account) through Cashfree Payments.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval, subject to your bank's or card issuer's processing timelines.

4 International Refunds & Currency Conversion

Refunds for international buyers will be processed in the original currency of payment via Cashfree International Payment Gateway.

Any non-refundable cross-border processing fees, currency conversion losses, or intermediary bank charges levied during the transaction or refund process are non-reimbursable.

5 Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

In the event of any payment discrepancy or service issue, buyers agree to contact Ravi Traders first to reach a mutual resolution.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback requests raised with card issuers without contacting us will be contested using our electronic weighbridge slips, lab testing reports, GPS vehicle tracking data, and signed delivery challans.
